Suzanne Henry is an experienced civil litigator. She has spent most of the last nine years at major regional and international law firms, where she gained extensive experience in complex business litigation, environmental actions, takings claims, real estate, and insurance related disputes. Suzanne also has significant experience in defending civil and criminal enforcement actions under the Clean Water Act and other federal statutory schemes. She has extensive experience litigating in both state and federal court, and has co-authored an amicus brief in support of a certiorari petition to the United Stated Supreme Court.
Suzanne is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D. 1999) and was the Founding Contents Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
Suzanne is admitted to all California state courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Ninth Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California.
